ARTIST STATEMENT
Demonic Day Dream explores themes of self doubt, melancholy and corruption. Each shot is considered a separate art image with elements of animation, stylisation and sound design creating a further layer of meaning.
ARTWORK PROCESS
This work has been carefully planned to support the desaturated colour stylistic elements, visual effects, colour symbolism and sound design. I filmed in multiple locations and the editing includes layers of rotoscoping, animation and studio green screen images.
