This painting is called the ‘Worrier’. The painting style is abstract surrealism. I wanted to make an artwork that included symbols that would connect the painting. To put the painting into perspective, the ‘Worrier’ is a person who is stuck in their mind. The top part of the head is bigger than the rest of the body because their mind is filled with thoughts due to overthinking, resulting in them being shut out from the rest of the world. The inspiration behind the painting is ‘The Thinker’, a statue created by French sculptor Auguste Rodin.
