I empathise with the screams of the earth for help as both women and nature have been treated as a means to an end by the patriarchy. Both commodified, exploited and moulded to fit society’s wants. Women and nature are deemed a cognitive function in a system built on man’s fragile ego. A system that thrives on and profits from a woman’s self-deprecation. We have just 6 years to dismantle a system that uses control and power for profit.
