The meaning behind the artwork of NRL star Greg Inglis is how through his career he fell into a dark place where alcohol and mental health problems had taken over his life, however that didn’t stop him from still doing what he loved, coming out and speaking upon his past had inspired me into doing the following artwork. The message in the art piece is that men’s mental health is a really huge issue in society today especially in indigenous communities without the moral support and prevention they feel as if no one wants to listen to them or can support them through
