Growing up I've been placed in situations which I shouldn’t have been. This has subsequently impacted on my mental health. My primary struggle is with anxiety; the constant overthinking always leads to burn out. It is this final state of listlessness that is depicted with warmth and beauty. When face to face with 'Listless' you are forced to focus all attention on the glow that effuses from my face. Upon reading the words of Rupi Kaur that reside next to my self portrait I invite the audience to dive as deep or as shallow into the given imagery as they choose.
