In my works I explore the effects of human presence in the world today and how a singular species has changed the course of nature from its origins completely. Do you ever wonder how the weathered wolf became the perfect poodle? Or how the deer in the hills became the deer in the headlights? I portray this notion through the manipulation of colour and subject matter, the juxtaposition of pigments represents two devices that naturally deter one another, that have circumstantially come together at the hands of mankind.
