'Blooming' celebrates the innate juxtaposition between contemporary and heritage architecture in Brisbane City. Overtime, the expansion of contemporary developments in the city precinct have contrast with ornate historical landmarks such as the Treasury and Town Hall. Brisbane has a shameful history of demolishing its heritage buildings. However, those protected buildings that remain, stand as a testament to our history and form the foundations of our flourishing city.
